Fay took us to Nara and then back to do things in Osaka. It was a fabulous experience. Fay is so knowledgeable about all there is to see, and had so many insights to share at each venue and about life in Osaka in general. She brought us to various tucked-away parts of the various venues that we visited that tourists doing it on their own don't even know are there. She was ever so adept at keeping our family group together as she guided us throughout the day--especially since getting from Osaka to Nara via the mass transit system is anything but simple. Back in Osaka, we had some special requests in terms of sampling the local cuisine (don't miss the takoyaki!!) and in terms of shopping and Fay knew just where to take us for all of that. Fay also took a whole number of photos and videos of our group at the various venues that she then transferred to us at the end of the day. I especially appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Fay through the withlocals app in terms of making the initial booking, setting up an itinerary, and making our arrangements for meeting up on the day of our adventure. My family (6 people total) had such a great time with Fay. Fay was friendly and funny, and it was easy to talk to her throughout the night. She made sure to plan the tour so that our two non-seafood eaters could have a great time as well. She was also really flexible due to weather delays causing us to be a bit late to the start of the tour. We loved getting the context behind the different foods she chose and were all so full by the end of the night. This tour was a vacation highlight for the adult children of the group! It was a great way to explore food in Osaka!

I hired Fay to accompany my granddaughter for a day at Universal Japan. She was great communicating with me in advance, with recommendations on the types of tickets to purchase and understanding our needs. She confirmed ahead of time and arrived on time. My granddaughter had a great time with Fay and was able to enjoy all the rides she wanted to. Fay also provided some great pics and vids for our memories. Fay also does other tours in Osaka and is very friendly and accommodating.
